How it works

Our Rigorous Selection Criteria

In order to uphold our own exceptionally high standards, as well as to comply with the U.K.’s regulations regarding overseas healthcare workers, our selection process involves strict levels of assessment and vetting.

We work to an 8-stage process that supports you in recruiting the ideal candidate for your position. This includes the following:

Stage 1

Initial sourcing and vetting of the candidates for their:

  • Eligible to work in UK (if offered a visa)
  • Nurse training recognised by NMC
  • Eligible to sit the final OSCE examination

Stage 2

Preparation of a list of candidates to fit your exact specifications.

Stage 3

Your selection of a shortlist of candidates for interview

Stage 4

Candidates interview with your company, either via Skype or in-person

Stage 5

Your selection of a successful candidate(s) for whom will be offered the contract

Stage 6

Verified documents are sent to you for the candidates

Stage 7

Your company makes an application for a certificate of sponsorship (CoS)

Stage 8

Candidate obtains visa and can start work either as a nurse, if already registered with NMC, or unqualified until the NMC registration is completed.
