Our service:

Allied and Clinical supply support workers, carers, general and specialist nursing staff to care homes, nursing homes, specialist rehabilitation hospitals inclusive of mental care establishments.

Supplied staff are fully vetted, inclusive of DBS checks and references.

Staff skills and experience:

We provide in house training and updates to our staff. They have regular training and updates to ensure an experienced and disciplined work force. Most will be working towards NVQ level 2.

What we do

All our clients are assigned a dedicated consultant who will be the one stop contact. We source and then vet the best candidates for our clients. Our availability sytems enables us to propmtly fill shifts on the request of our clients. We provide profiles of all staff that we introduce to work in clients establishments. This ensures transparency and peace of mind. Our robust policy and procedures supports our service, protects our staff and reassures our clients.

Quality assurance and codes of conduct

We operate a continuous multi source quality improvement program. This involves a continuous audit of our services, processes and procedures.

As REC members, we abide by the code of conduct of the employment and business regulations. We have full indemnity insurance cover to protect us from procedural liabilities.
