Theatre Nurses, Operating department practitioners (ODPs), Recovery practitioners are highly skilled individuals working within the theatre environment. Allied and Clinical is a practitioner-led organisation, which is influenced by the theatre practitioners who accept work on our behalf. Whilst some prefer to travel to different hospitals to apply their highly regarded knowledge and experience to promote safer surgery, others remain local in their home area.
